A Trinity Roofer You Can Reach Directly

Trinity is a master-planned community in west Pasco County, mostly built between the late 1990s and the 2010s. That means a large share of Trinity roofs are entering their first replacement cycle right now. Scotti Family Roofing covers Trinity on our Pasco County route, with most estimate visits within three to five business days. All Trinity permits go through Pasco County (unincorporated, no city building department).

Roofs in Trinity

Trinity is almost entirely architectural asphalt shingle, by design. The master plan set shingle as the standard product across Heritage Springs, Trinity Oaks, Fox Wood, Trinity East, and the Mitchell Ranch area. Most homes are 15-25 years old, which is exactly the window where the original 25- or 30-year shingle starts to fail at the ridges and around penetrations. Tile is very rare. Metal shows up occasionally on custom builds but is not common on the tract product. The inland position means less salt-air corrosion than the coast, but summer thunderstorm exposure is real.

What We Do in Trinity

Trinity Permits

All Trinity properties go through the Pasco County Building Construction Services Department. Permit turnaround in 2026 has been 7-14 days for standard residential reroofs. We handle the application, inspection scheduling, and close-out.

Trinity Roofing FAQ

My Trinity HOA requires color approval. Can you handle that?

Yes. Most Trinity HOAs require shingle color and manufacturer approval before installation. We provide spec sheets and color samples that match the architectural guidelines for Heritage Springs, Trinity Oaks, and Fox Wood specifically, and we know the approval timelines.

My 20-year-old shingle roof looks fine from the ground. Do I really need it replaced?

Probably worth planning, even if you do not need it tomorrow. Most 20-year-old shingle roofs in Florida have used 75-85% of their useful life. Insurance carriers are starting to non-renew at 18-20 years on shingle. Better to plan replacement on your own terms than respond to a non-renewal letter.

How fast can you get out for a Trinity estimate?

Three to five business days. Trinity is on our west-Pasco route with Palm Harbor and New Port Richey.
