  • Service providers we use to run the business: our website form provider (Formspree), email provider (Google Workspace), hosting provider (Cloudflare), and the customer relationship and accounting tools we use to manage jobs and invoices. These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.
  • Subcontractors and suppliers: when needed to perform the work you hired us for, we may share your service address and project scope with the crews and material suppliers assigned to your job.
  • Insurance and claims: if your project involves an insurance claim, we may share project information with your insurance carrier or adjuster at your direction.
  • Legal requirements: we may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

How Long We Keep It

We keep customer records for as long as needed to service the job, honor any workmanship warranty we issue, and meet our tax and legal obligations. Inquiry records that do not result in a job are retained for a reasonable period to follow up, and then deleted.

Text Messages

If you text us or give us your number to text you, you consent to receive service-related text messages from Scotti Family Roofing. We do not send marketing texts. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP.

Your Choices

  • You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@scottifamilyroofing.com.
  • You can opt out of marketing emails or texts at any time by replying with STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or by emailing us.

Our services are intended for property owners and people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
