Reroofing & Roof Replacement

A new roof, done right. Complete tear-off, deck inspection, and full install, built to Florida Building Code and designed to stand up to hurricane-force winds.

When It's Time For A New Roof

Most asphalt shingle roofs in Florida last 15-20 years. Tile lasts longer. If your roof is losing granules, showing bald spots, curling shingles, or you've had recurring leaks, it's worth a look. Insurance companies are also pulling policies on roofs past a certain age, so a proactive reroof can protect your coverage.

Materials We Install

Asphalt Shingle

The most popular choice in Tampa Bay. GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed, architectural shingles rated for 130+ mph wind uplift. Good looking, cost-effective, and proven in Florida's climate.

Concrete & Clay Tile

Common on Mediterranean-style homes across Tampa and Sarasota. Tile lasts 40+ years, handles wind extremely well, and reflects heat. More expensive up front but much longer lifecycle.

Standing Seam Metal

Long-lasting, energy efficient, and hurricane-ready. Steel or aluminum panels with concealed fasteners. A premium option that's growing fast in Florida.

Flat / Low-Slope Systems

Modified bitumen, TPO, and single-ply membrane for low-slope sections and additions.

FAQ

How long does a reroofing project take?

Most residential reroofs take 1-3 days. Tile and larger homes can run 4-5 days. Weather and material availability are the main variables.

How much does a new roof cost in Tampa Bay?

Pricing depends on square footage, material, pitch, and deck condition. Architectural shingle roofs typically start around $8,000-$15,000 for an average Tampa Bay home. Tile and metal cost more. We give line-item written estimates with no pressure.

Do I need a permit to replace my roof in Florida?

Yes. Every Florida county requires a permit for a full roof replacement. We pull the permit, schedule the inspections, and close it out so you don't have to.

What warranty do I get?

You get two warranties: the manufacturer's material warranty (typically 25-50 years depending on shingle) and our written workmanship warranty on the installation itself.

Will my homeowner's insurance cover a new roof?

Sometimes. If your roof was damaged in a covered event (hurricane, hail, wind), insurance may cover repair or replacement. We can help you document the damage for your claim, but we don't act as a public adjuster, that's a separate trade.
