We hired Scotti Family Roofing for a new standing-seam metal roof on our building on Anna Maria Island. Being right on the Gulf, we needed something built for salt and wind, and John walked us through exactly why the metal system was the right call. They handled all the permitting, kept us in the loop the whole way, and the crew did clean, careful work. Roof looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend them.

John Scotti has done a few jobs for me when he lived up in New Jersey about 10 yrs ago and his work is not 5* it is 10+**********'s!!! I had Scotti Family Roofing inspect my roof in St. Petersburg while getting my house ready to list. I was expecting he would try to sell me on a new roof or some repairs, but John did a thorough inspection and told me straight up that no work was needed. He also gave me a written roof certification I could hand to prospective buyers. Highly recommend.
