Scotti Family Roofing is a family-owned roofing company with two owners, Vincent and John Scotti. Locally owned and operated. The owners are personally involved in every job.
Where we come from
The Scotti family has been roofing since 1986, first in New Jersey and then in Florida, where John learned the hurricane codes, wind uplift requirements and county permitting before putting the family name on a Florida roof. Scotti Family Roofing works under Vincent Scotti's Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license, CCC1337501.
How we work
- Straight answers. If your roof does not need replacing, we say so. If it does, we show you why.
- A warranty that lasts. Our workmanship is warranted in writing for the lifetime of the roof on fully replaced shingle, metal and tile roofs, on top of the manufacturer's warranty. The Economy package and roof-overs carry five years, low slope membrane ten. Every one transfers free if you sell.
- Clear communication. We tell you when the crew starts and keep you posted until the final walk-through.
