Roof Rewards Promotion: Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The "Roof Rewards" promotion (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Scotti Family Roofing LLC, 4017 W Fig St, Tampa, FL 33609, a Florida limited liability company, Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license #CCC1337501 ("Sponsor").

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on April 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM ET and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the State of Florida who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, members, contractors, agents, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether related or not) of Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win. Void outside of Florida and where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter. Limit one (1) entry per person per Promotion Period regardless of method of entry.

(a) Purchase Entry. Any individual who, during the Promotion Period, enters into and pays the initial deposit on a new residential or commercial roof replacement contract with Sponsor will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion.

(b) Free Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary). To enter without a purchase, visit scottifamilyroofing.com/sweepstakes-entry during the Promotion Period and complete and submit the entry form with your full name, email address, telephone number, ZIP code, and confirmation that you are a Florida resident aged 18 or older. Free entries received outside the Promotion Period are void. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, late, lost, postage-due, misdirected, or stolen entries will not be accepted and are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of the winner's choice of: (a) a Caribbean cruise for two (2) persons, or (b) a one (1) week stay for two (2) persons at a Caribbean all-inclusive resort. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize shall not exceed Four Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine U.S. Dollars (US $4,999.00). Selection of cruise line, cruise itinerary, departure port, departure date, resort property, resort location, travel dates, accommodation class, and room category will be made by Sponsor based on Sponsor's good-faith effort to honor the winner's stated preference, subject to availability and the ARV cap. Travel must be completed within twelve (12) months of prize notification. Airfare, transfers, ground transportation, gratuities, taxes, port fees, government fees, insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, incidentals, alcoholic beverages, spa services, excursions, and all other expenses not expressly included are the sole responsibility of the winner and the winner's guest. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of the prize will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize as described becomes unavailable for any reason. The prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, by Sponsor.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about October 15, 2026 by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email using the contact information provided at entry, within seven (7) business days of the drawing. If the selected winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, fails to respond to the notification, fails to comply with these Official Rules, declines the prize, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in Sponsor's sole discretion from among the remaining eligible entries.

8. Winner Requirements

As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner may be required to complete, sign, and return within seven (7) calendar days of notification: (a) an Affidavit of Eligibility, (b) a Liability Release, and (c) a Publicity Release (where lawful). Failure to return these documents within the required time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

9. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on the value of the prize, including any reporting consequences thereof, are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the ARV of the prize exceeds $600, the winner will be required to provide Sponsor with a completed IRS Form W-9 (or substitute documentation acceptable to Sponsor), and Sponsor will issue the winner an IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the ARV of the prize.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use the winner's name, voice, likeness, photograph, biographical information, and statements about the Promotion or Sponsor, for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or permission.

11. Release of Liability

By entering the Promotion, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) of any kind arising out of or relating to (a) participation in the Promotion, (b) acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or enjoyment of the prize, (c) any travel or activity related to the prize, (d) any breach of these Official Rules by the entrant, or (e) any claim by any third party based on the entrant's entry. Sponsor is not responsible for, and shall not be liable for, any of the following: lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or stolen entries; technical, hardware, software, telephone, or other communications malfunctions, errors, or failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor's control; or any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.

12. Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD ANY SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13. Modification, Suspension, Termination

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Promotion, or any portion thereof, at any time and for any reason, including without limitation if any cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion. If the Promotion is terminated before the scheduled end date, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in a random drawing from among all eligible non-suspect entries received as of the date of termination.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. As a condition of participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and each entrant consents to personal jurisdiction and venue therein. Each entrant waives any right to claim attorneys' fees, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

15. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. By entering, each entrant consents to Sponsor's collection, use, and storage of personal information provided in connection with the Promotion.

16. No Third-Party Endorsement

The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any cruise line, resort operator, hotel brand, sports league, sports team, social media platform, or any other third party. Any third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

17. Winner List

For the name of the winner, available after November 1, 2026, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Scotti Family Roofing LLC, Attn: Roof Rewards Winner, 4017 W Fig St, Tampa, FL 33609. Requests must be received no later than December 31, 2026.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
