For a roof repair, call or text 352-269-3355. An active leak or a roof open to the weather goes to the front of the line, ahead of scheduled work. Anything else, we set a time with you when we call back. The inspection is always free; you only pay for work you approve, priced in writing first.

Emergency tarping. Stop the water first.

  • Active leaks jump the line. Ahead of scheduled work, every time.
  • We tarp the roof to stop the water. Then we find the cause.
  • Priced before it goes on. No surprise bill for the emergency.

Straight answers, not patch jobs

Some leaks a repair will stop for good. Some it might, and some it will not. Before you spend a dollar, we tell you which one yours is and how likely the repair is to hold. If a patch will not fix the problem, we will not sell you one. And if a repair is all your roof needs, we will not talk you into a new one.

What a repair visit looks like

  1. You call or text. Tell us where the water shows up. Photos help, so send them if you have them.
  2. A free inspection. We go up, trace the leak, and photograph what we find. Coming out to look never costs you anything.
  3. A written price. You know the cost before we touch anything.
  4. We fix what we find. When a leak could have more than one source, we tell you in writing.
  5. Any warranty is on your estimate. Its term is written there before you sign, and it transfers to the next owner if you sell. Some repairs, like chasing a leak on an old tile roof, carry none, and we say so up front.

What we repair

  • Leaks: a ceiling stain, a drip in the attic, wet insulation
  • Missing, lifted or broken shingles and tile
  • Flashing at chimneys, walls, skylights and vents
  • Pipe boots, the most common cause of a leak nobody can find
  • Ridges and valleys, where water and wind concentrate
  • Flat sections on the same roof

Emergency roof tarping

Water coming through a ceiling, a section of roof blown off, or a tree through the deck: call or text 352-269-3355, do not fill in a form. We tarp the roof to stop the water first, and the tarp is priced before it goes on. A tarp buys time, it is not the fix; the permanent repair follows with a written price.

Until we get there:

  • Put a bucket under the drip and move what you can out of the way.
  • Photograph the ceiling, the walls and the roof from the ground.
  • Stay off the roof. A wet roof is how people get hurt.

Storm damage

A lot of storm damage is not visible from the curb: shingles that look fine but have lost their seal, tile cracked between courses, flashing pulled loose, underlayment torn under a lifted edge. We look for it, photograph it before and after any tarp, and write an itemized estimate of the work. We are roofers, not public adjusters: whether your policy covers it is a question for your insurance company.

After a big storm, out of town crews knock on doors with paperwork that signs your insurance claim over to them. Florida no longer allows that on policies written since 2023, so treat it as a red flag, and check any contractor's license at myfloridalicense.com before you sign anything. Ours is CCC1337501.

Repair or replace

If the roof is young and the damage is in one place, a repair usually makes sense, and we will tell you so. If the deck is rotted or the damage is spread across the roof, we tell you that too, and show you the photos. Want to see what a new roof would cost? The instant estimate emails you a price in minutes.
