Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration, a step above Oakridge. A woven fabric strip runs through the nailing zone so every nail holds through fabric, not asphalt alone, and Owens Corning's wind warranty reaches 160 mph with its full system. Wind mitigation inspection included.

Class 4 impact rated
A complete GAF system on Timberline UHDZ, which GAF says achieves the UL 2218 Class 4 impact rating, the top rating for hail resistance. Some insurers discount an impact rated roof; ask yours what it would save. Wind mitigation inspection included.
Tightest budget? Economy puts the same Owens Corning Oakridge shingle on your roof and saves by keeping drip edge and vents that are still sound and up to code. It carries a five-year workmanship warranty, and it is on your instant estimate beside the other three.

Will a new roof lower my homeowners insurance?
Often, through wind mitigation credits. On Essential, Preferred and Signature the wind mitigation inspection is included in your price: once the roof passes final inspection and is paid, we set it up with a licensed inspector. Signature is also Class 4 impact rated, and some insurers discount that too.
Is the permit included?
Always. We pull the permit, meet the county inspector and close it out. It is in every package price.
